Alex started racing in June of 2006. Alex has been riding motorcycles since 1985. He acquired a '72 BSA Lightning six weeks before attending Cornerspeed race school at Virginia International Raceway. He placed third in the Heavyweight Production Class at Grattan, MI, his first race. He placed 5th at Mid-Ohio one month later.
